We needed to have our washer looked at to determine if it was worth repairing. The technician did a great job. I did not care for the daily communication from the Sears bots, they were very annoying.

Sears really get customer service, (take note Best Buy). They told us exactly what is wrong with our washer and the cost to fix it. Also, showed up in the time window they said they would. Highly recommend for any appliance service you need.

My service technician was Scott he was very attentive to the details, my fridge lights were out he repaired. My door handles was loose he repaired and He fixed the initial problem that I reported if I need anything else about my fridge it would be Scott. I will ask for thank you Scott.

The service by the repair man was awesome The service from the company was terrible Repair man was due on Monday did not come until Friday we had to cancel appointments waiting and no human interaction will never use this service again and will tell my friends about the lack of communication from any human
