That dude (Scott) was really professional. He is Courteous & knowledgeable. I'd want him back if need be. My situation was really desperate ! It would have been terrible to wait for next week attention. Many thanks to Sears Home for being there for promptitude. Hope they do same for others.

My repair man was very knowledgeable and friendly and truthful about the situation I was in with his diagnosis. The cost to repair would be as much as a new mower because it had thrown a rod. So we decided not to fix it. But that wasn’t his fault. Glad he was able to assess it and save me time and money.
