Simeon was great! He was helpful, punctual and stayed late to get my washer fixed. The AI process is terrible though and Sears needs to have a real person to contact.

We had a problem with our in-door refrigerator not making ice. Technician was able to resolve the issue and give us the code to reset the freezer should it happen again. But advised we did need new part to actually fix it. The reason for the four star review is that we had booked an appt. a few days earlier, and no technician showed up or called even though we had a confirmed appt. time. Then we got an email that our appt. had past, did we want to reschedule. No apology or discount. So, I would recommend calling, not scheduling online.

Chris, the technician was very nice. He explained the problem with my window air conditioner. He looked up the parts and they no longer sale them. Therefore, I have to purchase another. I know it isn't his problem but you can't get any store to deliver the new one and then remove the old one.
