once I had explained what the previous repairman had done, he immediately determined the drainage hose must be plugged up and with no trouble he took the hose off cleaned it in the kitchen sink and was able to return it to the refrigerator with incident.

Ronnie is great. He doesn't give up!! He was here until almost 8pm until the problem was corrected. He's a wonderful person as well as being a great technician. I only wish he could have gotten our oven fixed also. It's been down almost a month waiting on a part.
