The overall Sears repair experience was horrible. Rennie was the only bright spot in the experience. It’s almost impossible to tal to a human and the AI experience just sends you around in a circle. Micheal, the initial technician did not show twice (once for the diagnosis and once for the repair) and the second time, he had the nerve to lie on his report that “the customer was not home” when I was right there watching for him. Rennie saved the day. He’s the one who came for the repair because I requested that Micheal not come. It looks like the washer is fixed, and hopefully well. He was courteous and communicated with me. So after 4 total days I had to take off work, I hope to have my machine working. Best wishes to Rennie. But I will never use Sears repair services again.

He was able to diagnose the problem but when I told him I had a home warranty he said that the company does not work with home warranty companies. I indicated that I had a home warranty when I booked the appointment. This was not his issue but he was very helpful with details and information on the repair of the ice maker should I decide to repair it. I feel I should have been informed that you do not honor a home warranty when I booked the appointment. He was great and had worked a very long day.
