Good service but the cost of the repair for the timer in my dryer was as much as the dryer itself. I appreciate his time and he was very nice. But I will just by a new dryer instead.

Harold was very good and mostly went the extra mile. Did wonder if some of the other coils on the refrigerator should have been cleaned. He said the air was blowing ok. Not sure that was good enough.

They no longer have living people answering their phones. We were rescheduled 4 times before we could finally get a repair. No means by which to contact anyone. Completely at the whim of their Ai answering service. Once the insurance company gave them the part to repair my heat we were trapped with them. I wouldn't recommend this service for a quick fix. Im just glad its over.

The technician was execellent and a 5 star review for him. pricing is a tad ridiculous. Paid $140 for 5 minute service call telling me I need to replace dryer at the end of the day. Would have been nice for some of that money to go toward new dryer.

Technician was great but charging $318 to unfreeze a drain is just insane. Will never use Sears again to repair anything. $119 just to diagnose is bad enough but to add another $200 on top when it was an easy repair in under 30 minutes is ridiculous

Sean, was late by 25 minutes from the ETA posted in an email I received at 3:06 which said his ETA was 3:21. He arrived at 3:46 and never called to let me know he was running later. The same thing happened when he came on 2-06-2024. When he got to my house, he sat in his van for at least 10 minutes before coming to the door. When I opened it, he said, "Me again. What did CHW say?" I replied that I had an email that stated repairs would be made today. To which he replied, "Not without parts." As he walked away, he added, "I hate these people (CHW)" He sat in his van for 25-30 minutes before I went back outside to ask what was going on. He jumped out of the van and said, "The quote was submitted and is under review" I walked back into the house and watched him sit in my driveway and 8-10 minutes before leaving. His comments and behavior on his two visits to our home were very unprofessional and did not leave me feeling confident in fixing our problem. So, when the repairs are authorized, I would like to have someone else come back to perform the services. For all he knew, I may have actually worked for CHW or even Sears, and his comments would have justified his reprimand or firing. Michael D. Culver

Although specific instruction were given to Sears repair, the technician that arrived was unqualified to perform necessary repairs to our central air-conditioning system and accomplished nothing. My time was completely wasted and still without air-conditioning in the middle of summer. Also your A-I answering system is absolutely useless. Extremely disappointed with every aspect of Sears Services.

This Business’s address does not exist said my part was in stock. I tried calling and it was all automated saying they didn’t have customer service so I’ve decided to come here in person by the address on the website and it’s an empty building.

This whole experience has been a joke at our expense. Dishwasher lost power on 3/30. Put a service request in with my home warranty company who contacted Sears.i have had them out 3 times now and my dishwasher still doesn't work. Next appointment is 5/6. To top everything off I took yesterday off of work for their 8am-3pm timeframe and no one showed up. Calling them does no good, it's all automated and will simply tell you when the appointment is scheduled even though that time has passed. Get a text from the AI that doesn't respond and an email to reschedule. Deserves 0 Stats. Don't waste your time!!!

I was scheduled for a visit with a window from 8:00-5:00, I was home all day, kept checking my confirmed appt. At 4:45 checked again and time was moved from 4:50-6:22. Said I would get a call if appt changed, I got none. Said I would get a call when tech was on his way. At 5:30 tech showed up at my front door, unannounced, told him he was not needed. Very poor way to run a business!
