My appointment was between 8-3, the technician Neil arrived at 7:56 for which I was thrilled about. He fixed the problem with my dryer in 20 minutes! So I did not have to wait all day for service like most companies. He was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. I would highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair.
