Eric was awesome!! We had a 2nd appointment scheduled for 11/20 assuming we had to wait a couple weeks for the part to come in. The part arrived on 11/2. We called Eric the next day (as he had instructed us to do). He came out after his last appointment & installed the new part. We are now up & running!! Thank you so much!
