Our technician was Jim. He called before coming as promised. He made a prompt diagnosis. He advised me he didn't have the part and it was late in the day.... And he had to get the part for repair. However, because of my circumstances he stated he would go back to the shop, get the part and come back even though it would be close to his quitting time. He went out of his way and above and beyond.
