I told the technician that my fan was broke on my LG freezer on the first service call but he said it was not the fan even though it was giving the error code for fan not working to make ice. He ordered a sensor for the door and came back for second repair day to install and I told him again that it was the fan and then he agreed with me to set up yet another all day of waiting for him for another appointment. It was over a month of dealing with making appointments and waiting all day before he arrived the second time. I felt like he just wanted to do multiple service calls to make more money maybe. It's insane that you give an appointment of 6am-5pm and have to wait an entire day with NO updates as to when they will arrive. They were supposed to call 30 min. before arrival but he called 10 min before showing up at 4:45pm. Terrible customer service!

He opened ice machine and said motor was bad. And that was it and he left. We unplugged it and a few days later ice machine started working again. I would not recommend Colin as service tech.

Zero stars absolutely terrible customer service. When you try and contact them you dont get to speak to a person its all AI. I had a cleaning scheduled for my washer they waited until the tech was about to arrive and told me they just couldn't do the job and even if they could it was going to be more than yhe quoted price. Even tho I stated very clearly what I wanted done to both the incompetent AI system and to the woman who called to confirm the appointment. The woman who confirmed the appointment was also very well aware of the services I was requesting and said it could be done at the quoted price. When I called the technician back to request a direct line to the shop he said there was absolutely no direct line and when I asked for a supervisor to call me he hung up on me. The worst servive you could ever have, dont give this company a dime of your money when they dont care about their customer's at all.
