Technician called to update on arrival, was prompt, expertly handled the repair. He was kind and courteous with lots of knowledge about the operation of our laundry system ! The service was impressive!

I had refrigerator preventative maintenance. So it was prepaid. Service was good but the new AI assistant didn’t work very well.
