he was prompt,knowledgeable,he explained what the problem was with my wash machine..He repaired it perfectly.It is quiet, it does not vibrate. He is amazing!!!

Our fridge stopped keeping cold so after trying a couple home fixes we scheduled with these folks for a diagnostic. Jeffrey K was the technician who came out and he was incredibly polite, professional, and clearly explained the problems to me. I'd recommend this service to anyone.
