Jeff was on time, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He determined the problem with my ice maker and finished within 20 minutes of arriving. Once it starts making ice, I will be a happy customer.

Allen worked a couple of miracles on my very old Craftsman tractor. He knew his stuff and stuck with it even though it wasn't an easy repair. He was cordial, personable and I would definately hire him again. Highly satisfied.

My technician was cordial, great and patient with fixing an issue with my dryer. While it took way too long for the part to arrive from the manufacturer, that obviously wasn't the technician's fault. Once the part arrived, my dryer was up and running again in a few minutes. The process to get someone here through my warranty was efficient and convenient.
