My experience from start to finish was seamless. I was notified several times of my appointment status and time of arrival. Jeff, the technician called to let me know when he was on his way. Showed up on time, was very professional. He worked quietly and got the job done. Was very neat and clean. I was very happy with my overall experience.

Neil was excellent. We definitely would recommend him if someone was looking for an appliance technician. This was an AHS Warranty call so the price paid was just the service fee required on all warranty claims.
