Joseph was professional, friendly and helpful. He completed his task in less time than I thought it would take and left the work area neat and clean. I would welcome Joseph back any time to do work for us and am hoping that at some future time when we need service he will be the technician that gets the job.

The technician (Neil) called and indicated he would be arriving within a half hour and he did. His attitude and demeanor was very professional. He was thorough in answering our questions on both the Range and the Garbage disposal. He left the area's he worked in clean when he finished the task.
