Eric is very knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. Notified me of his approximate arrival time. Explained what to expect during the repair process. Extremely satisfied with the appointment.

Would like an update via text/email if technician is going to be later than original time. But Vince did an amazing job, very thorough and told me everything he was doing, when he was doing it. He is extremely personable and professional. He even apologized and explained why there was a delay on him getting there. Appreciate his honest work!
