Excellent customer service. Eric called in the morning to inform me what time he would arrive for the appointment. He was prompt and professional.

He has been here before on another repair. As before, he was great.

Vincent was extremely professional and thorough on this service call. He was apologetic that we had to have a second service call for the same issue in a very short time frame. He replaced all of the drum roller bearings as they were obviously bad. The one that was replaced on the previous call was also very suspect as the other three that were bad placed an undue out of balance condition on the one good one. Vince was top notch in my opinion.

I would have given the technician a 5 but they didn’t make any effort to clean up afterwards.

I gave it 4 stars because of the price. They did come and fix my dryer which is what I called about and they came the next day. The guy had the parts needed to fix it and was knowledgeable and friendly no complaints there. But almost a $500 repair for a pulley and a couple wheels?? The guy wasn’t even at my house for an hour. Ridiculous.

I would definitely recommend this company for repairs. I have used them and every time they Ate always very punctual and knowledgeable. They also do not make you wait weeks for an appointment.

Pretty good the only problem is. The sign was gone. Probably a remodel but I can't get in. Was the store temporarily closed due to the remodel?????????
