Your technicians are trained and able to handle the problem. My only complaint is that you do not set a specific time for appointment--8-5 is not the answer.

Arrived on time, prompt polite answered all of our questions and explain the situation of the problem. Very politely explained it to us to make us not look so stupid because the problem was caused from us and the way we load the washing machine. So I would give this man 10 Stars because he was so polite in his explaining of the problem that it almost made me not feel stupid. If I ever need service again I hope I get this repair man. You are lucky that he works for you
