Did not get great service. Told my wife one thing and myself another. Had some BO of smoking which was not good either. Was also grumpy and snippy overall. Not pleased. Then still had to pay for poor service/estimate with no work done. Disappointing.

They use AI and could not edit or correct basic contact data. Could not reach a human to correct it. AI would say it updated info but never did. Website would not accept edited information.

This was the absolute worst experience ever after multiple visits the washing machine is still broken even after having every part replaced and now they will not cover a replacement waited nearly two months and took multiple days off work don’t bother with them

I would give zero stars if available. Repairs delayed twice, incorrect part ordered, after I asked for confirmations that I received the correct parts to complete the work. Cannot call and talk to anyone, it is all automated chat. I’ll be buying a new washing machine elsewhere and never dealing with Sears again.

Jeff the service tech was great. However, Dealing with Sears Appliance Repair was the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider. You cannot talk to a human being no matter what happens. The service window is between 8-5 so you'll need to take the whole day off work. and get ready they will not send you text message updates even though you set up to have them. you'll need to constantly login to the site to get updates and they change constantly. They literally changed from 11:00a.m. to 12:40 to 3:40 to 4:45 then they cancelled the appointment and re-scheduled for 8 days later. this happened 3 times. it took me over 45 days to get my frig. repaired, and my frig. is only 11 months old. Try calling to speak to a customer service person - no such thing you'll get an AI robot. and it actually says I'm sorry I can appreciate your frustration are you kidding me a computer can appreciate my frustration. They are a horrible company. I highly recommend searching for someone else. I had no choice but to use Sears because that's who the manufacturer uses and it was under the manufacturer's warranty. I have no choice but to give them 1 star because it won't let me post unless I give them 1 star. Jeff (Service Tech) if you're reading this you can get a better job with a real company leave now.

Had to pay for coming in and looking at it $129 plus the taxes, for looking at it and say there is no parts available. Thanks for making us pay, plus I have to get rid of the refrigerator and pay to buy new one

He was on time, polite, and professional. He could not actually fix my treadmill but adjusted it so that I can use it (if I'm brave) until I get another one. However, when I tried to use it it would not turn on at a ll and no longer works.They refuse to talk to customers about problems and hide behind AI with extremely limited choices. This is not the Sears of my youth - it is HORRIBLE!

the teck took the serial number and told my wife that parts were no longer available. He did not diagnoses my problem. Them he charged my wife 129 dollars, I want a full refund because your teck did nothing. I want to know the part number. Because you to not have parts does not mean that are not available, Very poor service

I was without a Fridge for 2 weeks; dealing with Frigidaire and Sears Home services was a nightmare; when the Technician finally got here on May 9, he replaced the defective part in about 5 minutes no problem. As far as the previous 13 days, it took multiple calls daily to multiple people for Frigidaire to setup a Warranty repair with Sears Home Service. Sears has no live person to talk to about anything; everything is AI robots messages texts etc with few options to choose from for common questions. The whole Communication System is the worst I’ve ever experienced. After the tech never showed up on May 7 claiming I wasn’t there and no attempt to contact me they would have seen that in fact I was there. So another 2 day delay. After the repair was finally completed on May 9, I received a recorded call reminding me of my appointment the following day, May 10 . UNBELIEVABLE 😡🙄
