Paid $600 to fix my dryer. Replaced the "issue" . Drier still doesnt work and doesnt dry clothes. Called them back out just for them to tell me its the vent. Changed out the vent. Cleaned the compartment. Drier is still not working. Litterally paid 600$ for them to do not know how to fix it. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. THEY LITTERALLY CHARGED ME $600 FOR NOTHING.

Friendly, seemed knowledgeable, but unable to find the intermittent shut down. Arrived 40 minutes later than stated. I personally figured out what is wrong, the auger in the ice bin was packed with ice so I believe that was tripping the breaker. So I got nothing for the charge.

Repair man didn't show up during the allotted time frame which was a generous 4 hours. Then when I was promised a repair man the next day, and he was a no show. Finally got my fridge serviced almost a week after the promised date of repair meanwhile my fridge wasn't staying cool so I had grocery loss. The repair man was even late on the 3rd attempt for repair services. It is nearly impossible to speak to a live person when calling the company. Everything is AI and if you get lucky enough to talk to someone then they cant be understood because they cant hardly speak English. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Unable to talk to a person. AI operator and no longer hire humans for this. I will unfortunately no longer support this company. Shame on you Sears - you make enough overhead to hire people.

The price for their repairs are far more than a local repair man. Would not recommend.

Can't get a human on the phone to try to get a repair, its constant if calling about X press Y, and requesting a phone number for an account I don't have yet.

We called 2 weeks ago to have someone come repair a washer and fridge, they give us a date of 6-24-21. They call the day before and say someone will be there between 8a and 5p 9hrs! Ok well we waited all day I had to go to work she had called off worm for this and 5p comes around and nobody showed up she called and the person on the phone says “oh it looks like it needs rescheduled, he must have had too much to complete. She’s like I can do an emergency appointment and see when I can get someone out there”
