Michael came to fix the washing machine. He called 40 minutes ahead of the scheduled time to let me know he was on his way, he was clean, polite and respectful to me. He listened to my problem and tested the machine. He suggested several options on how to solve the problem with the washer. He explained the costs of each option and allowed me to choose what was best for my situation. His professionalism and experience is greatly appreciated.
