I highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair. Our A/C was leaking and they responded to us right away. Elbert came out to my house. According to my husband (who talked with him since I'm at work) He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. Thank you so much for all of your help. 😊

Chris was very professional. Great worker and a pleasant person. Company rating: 1* The company repair system that schedules techs to make repairs is not efficient. I am a paying warranty customer. I called in for repair on my washer and had the appointment rescheduled 4 times before a tech was sent to repair my washer. I know there are at least 2 or more techs in my area that could have fixed it on the first scheduled appointment. I have been with the Sears company for almost 30 years now. I have never had this issue of putting off repair service until this year. I am a paying warranty customer. I'm sure John and Lillian Sears would be very disappointed by the treatment of their customers by this group of Sear upper management. I help pay your salaries and expect a more efficient service order compliance, than I have experienced this time around. I am sure I represent others with similar scheduling issues. Please check into this issue to help the customer and have raving reviews on company performance.

Our technician looked my washer all over and told us our options. He tried to find the leak but it didn’t leak for him. No clothes in washer though. Time for a new washer I guess.
