Service technician didn't finish the job. He gave me a bad report say my house is unsanitary. I have been in people's house that been 10 times worse than mine.. lost my carpet from the last washing machine ruined the carpet. And subflooring

It was nice he called 30 minutes before he arrived. He was poilte and friendly. He looked like at the dishwasher (leaking from the front during loads), checked inside and out and leveled one side of the front. Started to run it to watch it and it was not leaking. He said that was all he saw that needed done. I told him it leaks during random times of the cycle from different parts of the front door. He said "I do not have time to sit and watch a cycle". We paid the 99.00 fee for 15 minutes of work and he left. I ran the dishwasher when he left and it again leaked. I will never call this company again.

The AI assistant promised a diagnostic fee, by enrolling in Sears Home Advantage, of $99. Technicians tried to charge $129. Still disputing the charge. This is terrible customers service and an example of what happens when companies replace real humans with AI to save money. Lousy service ensues and customers get frustrated and go elsewhere. Pay humans to provide customer service! Called the number in the reply. They said the fee was still $129 instead of $99. Transferred me to a call center. Call center admitted the AI assistant sometimes gives wrong information, and that this was not my fault, but still would not honor the $99 diagnostic fee I was offered. I don't want a refund or any special treatment, I would simply like the to pay the fee I was offered. Is that really so hard?

Tech came, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part. Part didn’t show up on time for the follow up service so had to reschedule. Part came, a different tech came and put the part on but it didn’t fix the issue. I questioned the first tech a couple of times of his diagnosis because it didn’t seem right but I’m not the professional so what do I know. The second tech told me the new part didn’t fix the issue and it was probably the board that was bad and I’d have to file another claim and start over from the beginning. Now I have to wait another 2-3 days for someone to call me back to schedule an appointment. I’ve been without my washer for 3 weeks waiting for them to fix it. This sucks and I’m very disappointed and will likely NEVER purchase an appliance from Lowe’s ever again. It’s sad that you pay big money for the appliance and the warranty and it lasted a whopping year before something went bad and they have no interest in getting it fixed in a timely manner.

Showed up with no parts to fix washer, had no information or serial number which they was told the door was locked and no power! Explained it was the 2nd time in a year the mother board went out, now they are sending the info back to Samsung to find another company to service my washer, what a complete waste of time

Guy was nice and friendly and ordered and installed the parts. Refrigerator doesn’t work at all!! Stupid warranty says they will not reimburse until they get 3 repair attempts. We may be without a refrigerator for 6 months by the time this whole fiasco is worked out. NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG AND MEVER BUY AN ASSURANT EXTRNDED WARRANTY. We lost about $1400 of food and the warranty will only pay out $300 max. What a Scam and ripoff.

Absolutely horrible service. We had an appointment that they wanted to change so we did. Then nobody showed up and now we have to wait a month before someone will show up again. Then trying to get someone on the phone is next to impossible as well.

I called their number and was trying to talk to the person. I told her that I did not wanted to make an appointment. I first needed to know what the charge would be to come down here and look at the air conditioner and find out what was wrong with it. Basically what the service calls going to cost. She asked me if she could put me on hold for 1 to 3 minutes. I told her that would be fine and 15 minutes later no one has still gotten back with me.
