The technician showed up on time. He evaluated the problem and determined it would be cheaper to replace the appliance than repair it. The appliances was covered by a home warranty so he,was not just trying to sell us a new appliance.

Do not be fooled if they say they can come out the same day because the appointment is between nine and five…. They didn’t arrive until after 7 PM then had to order a part and had it shipped to our house which arrived in two days, but they couldn’t make it back to our house for another week. Then the day they’re supposed to come back to our house again appointment is between nine and five but all day long they get delayed and they’re not going to be here till after seven again. Definitely call somebody local as this service is overpriced and takes forever to get repaired then they want to sell you a warranty who would want them to warranty any appliance if it’s going to take weeks to get fixed.

The service technician arrived. And spent 5 minutes looking. And did nothing. This is his third visit here and on the second visit he refused to knock on the door and Rogan notes refused service. If I could give 0 stars I would. The service technician's name is nick.
