He arrived early which was a great thing and he seemed knowledgeable as well as forth coming with the condition of my furnace. If a new furnace is approved I hope he one of the people installing it. If the warranty company thinks it should be repaired, I hope he is the one doing it. The furnace is old and I believe replacing it will save the warranty company many future repairs. It is a 1993 year model.
