Chris was efficient and knew his stuff. He was in and out in no time. The appliance works great now. I had to cancel PT so I could be here at the appointment time. The time was changed a couple times. Otherwise, I would give A&E a 5 star.

Replace the wash pump. But did not reinstall the dishwasher to its proper location left the front kick plate off. Bent up the mounting hardware under the granite countertop so unable to secure it. It was over $350 for labor and could not even reinstall the dishwasher to how it was.

Problem is not fixed. I just used my washer and it's doing the same thing it did before the new part was installed.

I paid $136 for the technician to tell me my washer was in “emergency drain mode” to cancel the wash and restart it & the emergency drain mode would end. Throughout the past 3 months it started happening more and more frequently to where it is permanently running in emergency drain mode. I called to have someone else come out and was told I would be charged again because I didn’t call in a 30 day window that I was never told about! I was told it was on my receipt, that I never received because they didn’t even have my email address! This place is a scam. I’d rather buy another washer brand new before I deal this place ever again !!!!! If could give 0 stars I would !
