This young man was very professional with the patience with me as old woman. I had pushed the wrong button which cause the problem that I thought I had. His diagnostics were done in a short time. The service fee was well worth it.

Came in addressed the issue and explained how the piping to ac wasnt done correctly. Advised me how to clean the pipe Cleanout and outside line. Super nice guy and quick to fix the problem. He’s a 10 star employee!

Tech was very knowledgeable of appliance and very polite and pleasant to talk to. He gave helpful tips on turning the water source off if I’m going to be away from my home on vacation or extended trips. He was very neat and kept area clean. Very professional.
