Gregory kept the appointment even though his arrival was late in the afternoon and was efficient and knowledgeable. My only complaint is it took 5 days to get an appointment and I only have one refrigerator. Luckily it continued to run. I had to cancel a dr. appt. since my window was 8-5. I’ve never had an 8 hour window with other companies snd feel that isn’t reasonable.
