Appointment kept getting pushed back and was three hours later than it was supposed to be. Issue also still hasn't been fixed, but they said they would come back out if the problem reappeared within 30 days.

Since Sears is no longer it business it has taken 3 months and 4 or 5 different contractors to finally fixed issue with my washer to get repaired.
