After months of and months of going around and around with Frigidaire and my new freezer's door not sealing properly, Pierre was able to assess the problem and get the door to properly seal. While I would highly recommend Pierre, I would never again buy a Frigidaire product as they don't back their products even under warranty.

Lito was outstanding. He tried everything he could to get the water filter out which was jammed by someone else. Looked up what new part with service call would be. Shared the service plan and did not try to push anything. Couldn't have asked for a kinder and more personable service person.
