The technician checked furnace and thermostat throughly and determined it was thermostat. He replaced it and showed me you to use the new one

Gregory kept the appointment even though his arrival was late in the afternoon and was efficient and knowledgeable. My only complaint is it took 5 days to get an appointment and I only have one refrigerator. Luckily it continued to run. I had to cancel a dr. appt. since my window was 8-5. I’ve never had an 8 hour window with other companies snd feel that isn’t reasonable.
