Lito was on time, prepared to explain the options for my refrigerator, which needed a new compressor. I could tell he had a good knowledge base of how my refrigerator and Sears repairs work and I was pleased that Sears sent a serviceperson with 30+ years of experience. It's only been about 4 hours since the repair and my fridge is nice and cold already! Thank you so much.

Tech was friendly and professional. Finished the job and washer is working. My complaint: washer problem was in October and it took until Dec 27 to get fixed. Not acceptable and looks bad for company.
