I have had a nightmare experience with my refrigerator!!!! It has been broken/ not usable since July!!!! :Lido had been out before and ordered parts!!!! The last time he was out, he ordered another part!!! unfortunately, the person who came after that order was not able to help me!!!! Finally, Lido was back out yesterday AND was able to fix the refrigerator, and I am now FINALLY able to use it!!!! THANKS to Lido!!!!!!

Toby did my annual maintenance check today. He was respectful, diligent and thorough. My light for the garage door opener was out and he kindly replaced the bulb. Very pleased with his work and dedication to the job. Thank you for hiring a gentleman and a professional.

We paid $129.99 for the air conditioner maintenance but the technician informed us there was a coupon to get maintenance service for $89.99 but when I inquired about it, customer service stated they were not aware of this and the technician could not honor that price without it. That was disappointing.
