James B. was a follow-up call on a previous technician's call. James B. was extremely knowledgeable, very efficient, and explained everything that was being done. He was an absolute pleasure! P.S. In arranging the tech appt. initially, I had asked a few times if James B. could be the one to come out to install the parts, since he was the one who handled the diagnoses on the appliances, and for some reason it didn't work out that way. It would have been nice had James B. been the one to come out as I had requested, and this follow-up call could have been avoided.

Vicente was very polite and explained everything he did to get my dryer running. The only problem I had was not being able to speak to a person when I call sears they kept telling me my part was sent to me and it wasn't and every time I called I get a recording. I wanted to speak to someone you need to interact with customer better you kept telling me the part was delivered to me and it wasn't no one call and told me it was on the tech truck I ttalmost canceled the appointment because I didn't have the part. Back in the day sears was much better VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

George quickly diagnosed the problem with my tractor and replaced the starter motor. He has made several repairs on the tractor over the years and always does an excellent job. I know that I can count on him.
