He was very professional on time and knowledgeable ! The cost to repair was insane! With that said, the fee to pay for coming out was a waste but the technician was great! Wish he worked independently- we need more small businesses with technicians!

Our technician was so courteous and friendly! He did a thorough check on our dryer to find the cause of our problem. He even vacuumed the lint from inside the housing of the dryer before replacing all the mechanics of the machine. I couldn’t be more impressed or pleased with the service we received!

The repairman, David, came and serviced my washer and dryer. He was extremely professional, diagnosed the trouble with my machine, and fixed it quickly and efficiently. He explained the entire process, and answered all the questions I had. I have an older machine, and he did not hesitate to fix it. I would highly recommend calling Sears for service to everyone. You will not be disappointed.
