Joe fixed my ice maker and he was wonderful. Super professional/friendly, and helped me understand how it all worked, so I can hopefully figure things out myself if it ever happens again. The one thing that I really didn’t like had nothing to do with Joe. It was *impossible* for me to update my service address, in order to add my unit number. The address field was locked down on the website. I tried to add a picture with details, but I received an error. I tried to use the chat feature (per the website’s instructions) and it incorrectly said I didn’t have an appointment with my phone number. I called both the corporate and local phone numbers and had the same issue, and I was unable to get a hold of a representative. I ended up waiting outside for my technician to arrive, so I could make sure he ended up at the right place.

David was very pleasant. He worked on washer/dryer for awhile but could not find the problem. Not his fault tho. appliances can be a pain. lol

Dave was fantastic! He called before coming out, showed up on time and fixed the job right the first time. We have had ongoing issues with our freezer that was never repaired properly. He knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it expediently. No more spoiled food! Thank you Dave.
