Our tech Tim was awesome but it took 3 tries to get an OEM part. The first 2 cheap parts didn't work

The Service Tech, Ilib , was on time for the appointment and very efficient in identifying the problem and providing options for corrective action. Unfortunately, the corrective action was more costly than a new range.
