The Service Tech, Ilib , was on time for the appointment and very efficient in identifying the problem and providing options for corrective action. Unfortunately, the corrective action was more costly than a new range.

I appreciated the fact that I could get someone out quickly. Unfortunately, to repair the dishwasher would cost as much as a new one which was not worth it to me.

One of the few places I could even get somebody to come out and take a look at my dryer that suddenly stopped heating up... Spent $120 to tell me my 8-year-old Samsung dryer was shot. Don't make them like they used to! Gentleman was polite, knowledgeable, and courteous.
