The technician was very professional and was on time, did the job in a timely manner. Calling Sears Warranty is the pits I been with the company for 8 to10 yrs. and very difficult to get a live person to help. There’s no prompt for your need (example) rescheduling. I’m canceling my warranty I’m hoping there’s not a problem doing that.

The technician came to my house 7 times to figure out how to fix my oven. He replaced 4 different parts before he figured out the problem. Very frustrating, customer service sucks. I will not be renewing my warranty. I’ve been with Sears for about 10 years. I’m choosing a different warranty company. From January to March, to finally be able to bake.

This place is a joke. Called them to repair my dryer. The dryer was not drying clothes. They told me that don't handle cleaning the vents. Technician was there for about 10 minutes -- cost was almost $175 to find out they can't help me. If I call a repair person, I'd expect they would fix the appliance no matter what they had to do. They are "assuming" the vent on the outside needs to be cleaned. But they don't really know because they said they don't clean the vents. Never, ever calling Sears Appliance Repair again.

Tech said he could not unlock door saying it as to hard and he would have cut his hand that the edge was to sharp. Further stated he had No training on this type machine. Left without opening washer door. Next day (9/27/2025) I removed the top of the washer, saw the door latch release at the top right hand side. Stuck my hand in and released the latch - door opened. Very disappointing that this tech couldn’t open the washer door. This tech and Tia company were a complete waste of money. Would NEVER use them or this tech again

Absolutely terrible. A tech came out ordered parts. Then they canceled the next appointment and didn't show up until 1pm the next day (even though I was scheduled 7-11am). Turns out They orders the wrong part. I still had to pay for the service call and on top of that I had to pay a helper fee (a fee to have another guy show up for 10mins and confirm they could do nothing). Will NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN
