I appreciated the fact that I could get someone out quickly. Unfortunately, to repair the dishwasher would cost as much as a new one which was not worth it to me.

One of the few places I could even get somebody to come out and take a look at my dryer that suddenly stopped heating up... Spent $120 to tell me my 8-year-old Samsung dryer was shot. Don't make them like they used to! Gentleman was polite, knowledgeable, and courteous.

David, the repairman was very professional and dependable. He did a great job with the repairs and explained what was happening. I would recommend him highly. Sears Repair on the other hand, is not dependable. The first service call to determine the problem and order parts was fine. A repair time was scheduled with arrival anytime between 8 a.m - 5 p.m., which shoots an entire day just waiting. No one ever showed or even contacted me. Through the computer and Warranty Company, we rescheduled, again between 8 am - 5 pm. And AGAIN, no one showed nor contacted me. And try to contact Sears…forget it! The Warranty Company did reschedule and David did show and repaired the problem. If given a choice, I would avoid Sears. Too bad. Used to be a name and brand you could rely on.😞

I would have given a higher rating if it had not been several times before it was determined what needed to be repaired. Once the part was initially ordered the repairs were done very professional, but this could have been done sooner if previously diagnosed correctly. Due to the time to repair I had to buy a small microwave until my on unit was repaired.

It’s taking me two weeks with serious to get the refrigerator repaired. My big complaint is their website when you schedule a same day repair the website says the technician will be there between as an example 130 and 210. The website does not update it all if he’s late in fact, the first repair was basically a no call no-show. I had to find the phone number And then get to a different department to get to a different department to get to the repair people it was the people were hard to get a hold of. I can’t get getting stuck in this chat bought that is worthless. The first time the repair man came and did show up and it works fine. Was on the 10th. He did not have the part I had to order the part then of course I only have one day off week during the week so I had to wait till Thursday this past the 17th Repair is scheduled for between eight noon website said the tech would be here between 841 and 922 website never updated his delay finally at 11:30 again had to make phone calls to get a hold of somebody. Finally someone got a hold of me and he ended up getting in there at 1:15 when I had an eight to noon window. The problem with Sears is your website and their Chatbot and that it’s almost impossible to get a hold of a human being if they can fix those things their repair service is great the technicians both who came to the initial and then the final repair were absolutely wonderful. I have no problem with your service or the technicians whatsoever. I have the problem with your stupid website.

The technician was very professional and was on time, did the job in a timely manner. Calling Sears Warranty is the pits I been with the company for 8 to10 yrs. and very difficult to get a live person to help. There’s no prompt for your need (example) rescheduling. I’m canceling my warranty I’m hoping there’s not a problem doing that.
