My Sears technician Tim, was outstanding in every respect!!! Prompt, personable, and very professional, Tim was quick to ID the problem with my dishwasher, and eliminate it in a rapid, successful way. Tim is a very experienced competent appliance repair tech who keeps you informed of his schedule and arrival time. It seems he fixed the elusive issues with my laundry center. .

It took 8 days for a technician to come. I was originally scheduled Thurs. 8-8-24, then 8-5-24 then 8-6-24 then 8-9-24. Your scheduling system is a poor excuse for a business. I understand why Sears is losing business! Joseph was fantastic. Thank you!
