James was informative and kept us updated on what he was doing throughout the appointment. He also went out of his way to correct the miscommunication of my appointment. The representative let me to believe both appointments for my chest freezer and refrigerator were on Friday, May 31, 2024 and James called on Thursday, May 30, 2024 stating he was on his way to the house for the freezer. When he arrived and was told of the situation he called his dispatcher and both appliances were serviced on Thursday. He went above and beyond. Thank you!
