Very poor customer service, technician was very rude and would explain exactly what he found, I do not even have the problem written on the invoice, 30 day guarantee is very poor guarantee the parts and labor should be covered for at least a year. All he wanted is the money. I will strongly not recommend this service.

The worst customer service ever. Having a washing machine from sears was the worst idea ever. Ours has been broken for MONTHS. There have been FIVE different techs come ,and none of them know what they're doing. Between ordering parts/ZERO communication between each other to know what's going on, AWFUL. you can't speak to anyone who speaks English. We have spent over 200 hundred dollars using the laundromat. We have our OWN machine and can't use it. The woman on the call said we would get reimbursed for laundromat cost. Well, that never happened. At one point the machine was fixed for TWO DAYS. and the part they fixed was the wrong part. So it broke again. They said that because our machine was "fixed", no reimbursement. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE. These people show up ,when we aren't home. Or don't show up at all. What is the point of scheduling these repairs when these idiots have ZERO common sense?

This company is predatory on pricing. I was quoted 700$ to be told my washers motor was shot when it was a 10$ sensor I could buy off of Amazon and repair myself in 20 minutes.

I purchased the warranty last year had a issue with my hotwater heater. The tech came out and said that he don't do replacement for the hot water heater that someone is coming out. No one came out. I had to purchase a heater a pay someone to install it. Sears inform me that I was going to be reimburse for the tank and install. As of today I haven't received any payment. After making phone calls I believe that they are giving me the run around. I hope don't have to get my lawer involved.

Would never use this service again - to prey on customers and charge 550$ for 45 minutes of work for a 41 $ part - is criminal and this company should be ashamed of themselves

The Kenmore convection oven/microwave was NOT repaired. I was told that it not covered by the Sears protection plan even though it had been repaired before. Thanks for nothing!

Where do I start? I took off work for my 1st appt and they subsequently cancelled at the end of my window after getting repeated messages he was on the way. 2nd appt they assessed my problem and ordered parts. Another day I had to take off work. 3rd appt, another day I had to take off, started with technician calling and asking me if I had disconnected something or he can't repair my stove. I told him he never told me anything before and he insisted he did. He ended up coming over and he admitted he confused me with another customer. He repaired my stove but scratched up my floor with no apology. I suggest he use a tarp or something to protect the floor while repairing. He appeared to be having a bad day and it showed in how he talked to me. Repair was almost $550.00. I called to ask if they would compensate me for my floor and they offered some future discount on another repair. I would never use Sears again and suggest you don't as well.

On going problem with our refrigerator. Technical has been out three times and it is still not 100%. Try calling the technician but they don't return my call. I am not a Happy Camper. Still not fixed. Need a phone number to call.
