It’s not the technician that I have issue. It’s accepting appointments online and no one shows up. You can’t get a hold of a human. When you finally do they are at a call center probably out of the country. The time no one showed up I didn’t get a name of a technician and I received no updates. Our customer services doesn’t even rate one star. Again the technicians did a good job when they came.
