The service tech was great. Very personable and knowledgeable. Enjoyed having him in my home. I was not impressed AT ALL with Sears scheduling. They will not vary from an arrival time, I was told I would get service at any time from 8 AM to 5 PM. My first day waiting for my appointment ended with a text in the LAST half hour of the day saying I'd have to reschedule, after wrecking my schedule to remain home for the visit that didn't happen. The rescheduled appointment only cost me a 3 hour wait.
