Timothy was an excellent technician. I wish we could have kept him for our LG fridge warranty work. Administration and customer service was frustrating. Not enough humans to staff the phone lines.

Quickly determined compressor has failed. Unfortunately, no replacement part was in stock so need to wait 2 weeks. When servicing oven tech pulled oven away from wall over thick plastic sheet to prevent scratching wood floor. Upon return for final repair, work was done in less time than expected. However, old unit/compressor was left behind for me to dispose of.

Your technician was excellent. Prompt, courteous and thorough in all aspects. I can't say enough about him. However, whoever is shipping your parts needs improvement. Twice the wrong belt was shipped delaying my repair 2 weeks. Trying to speak with anybody in your Home Service Repair department is extremely difficult, and when you do get through, nothing changes.

Tech was very nice and got the work done fast. But came way later than what we were originally told/expecting. It definitely was an inconvenience to us. And the price was ridiculously high if I’m being honest. Go somewhere else if you are able. We won’t use them again.
