Quickly determined compressor has failed. Unfortunately, no replacement part was in stock so need to wait 2 weeks. When servicing oven tech pulled oven away from wall over thick plastic sheet to prevent scratching wood floor. Upon return for final repair, work was done in less time than expected. However, old unit/compressor was left behind for me to dispose of.

David P. was friendly & knowledgeable. He considerately covered his shoes while in the house. He supplied everything he needed to get the job done quickly. However, I believe the charge was too much. He was not transparent with the bill. For an hour’s work, I was charged for two hours labor plus tax. He didn’t return my call about this the next day, and I couldn’t talk to a person in customer service about it - everything is AI-driven. This was a frustrating experience. Also, because of the repetitive response given to other reviews, it’s apparent that the company’s reply to this is AI-generated. The 800 nbr given in the reply leads you to more AI “agents” which even say that there are no live agents & that they are an AI-only service. What has happened to customer service?! I would not recommend them.

I had to show the technician how to use the machine, where the model number was, get him a dolly to move the machine out. He took pictures but didn’t really try to fix anything. He just looked at it and said there was rust and can’t be fixed.

They came out, ran the washer and did a diagnostic from the sound it was making. Said it was a bearing and needed new tub. Never took anything apart to confirm the problem. Said bearing was available but the tub they no longer make. Wish they would have taken it apart to make a 100% decision. 1200$ samsung washer junk now.. would recommend a service company that actually takes things apart and not listen and bill you and leave..

The technician was fine. However, everything is coordinated online. There is no live customer service, It’s all AI. They were very quick to send the tech out to diagnose the problem and order the part. The original technician was supposed to come back in a couple days to do the repair. The repair appointment was canceled twice with no reason why. Two weeks later, the fridge was finally fixed. If you’re looking for real customer service, you are not going to get it.

Tech was very nice and got the work done fast. But came way later than what we were originally told/expecting. It definitely was an inconvenience to us. And the price was ridiculously high if I’m being honest. Go somewhere else if you are able. We won’t use them again.

Technician said he was unable to find the part and that I should try finding it. He then said he had other places to be and left.
