Lowes uses the service of this company. A guy came out it took nine weeks to get them here. I have a faulty coil in my refrigerator. It has been four weeks… No word from Lowes or Sears. This is disgusting. I have lost an entire refrigerator full of food twice. That's a total of $700 which is nearly the cost of my refrigerator. I would never use this company again.

We contacted Sears Appliance Repair because our dishwasher was leaking. The technician came and spent about an hour looking, listening, starting and stopping the dishwasher. The dishwasher did not leak for him so he left. Needless to say , it leaked the next time we ran it. I honestly believe he could not reproduce the leak because he kept interrupting the cycle. He told us that if it broke again within 30 days he would give us a 30% discount. This after paying $130 for nothing! We will not be using them again.

I would give no stars if I could. Had an appt. today. Tech called and said he would be here between 1-5. No one ever showed, no one ever called with an update . I called Sears at 5:00 to see what was going on and was transferred and sat on hold for 45 min. I will take another day off work and find someone else.
