Happy with the service, but an 11 hour time frame for service is not acceptable. Morning or afternoon is fine.

The service was excellent, and the tech diagnosed the issue quickly and answered all of my questions. Only complaint: I had scheduled for 8am-12pm arrival, and they didn’t get here until 3pm, and I received no notice that they were running late.

Parts were ordered and shipped directly to the house. When the technician arrived he started to repair the appliance. During the repair he kept the area clean. After the repair he didn't remove the trash that was left behind. Overall a well done job
