Dennis was prompt, efficient, and got the job done. I pay for the home appliance warranty (worth it) so a deductible was the only thing owed. The service tech and previous tech Neil that have worked on my appliances have been excellent which is why I gave 5 stars. The only thing negative I really have to say is trying to get ahold of customer service is absolutely terrible. There are so many different numbers and half the time your speaking to AI. I understand that is the world we live in now but to have great experiences and service people need to be able to speak to an agent. Other than that, all good.
